Our Tasmanian Purple has a medium strong flavour, a bit of heat and a pleasant true garlic flavour. Purple garlic loves our cold climate!

We harvest anywhere from late November to mid-December and cure for an extended period to ensure good storage. Fully cured garlic is usually ready around early to mid-January.

Like everything we grow, we follow organic and sustainable principles.
