We grow purple hardneck garlic, that is beautifully suited to our cold climate in the Macedon Ranges.
Right now, at the start of Spring, it is still growing in the field. We usually harvest in November/December and then it cure for 4-6 weeks, meaning it’s for sale around January.
Check back later in the year!
Our flowers are available from October to April.
We will have various options to buy - bouquets, buckets or bespoke orders.
